INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

As a Collective we know that PMDD is an exhausting and debilitating condition which can completely destroy lives. We have brought together a qualified and experienced team of professionals to provide effective and compassionate support 1:1.

GROUP THERAPY

Group Therapy is amazing for feeling seen and heard by other people who really understand what its like to have PMDD. We share, learn coping skills and build supportive relationships.

COUPLES THERAPY

PMDD affects relationships and it can be hard to know how to navigate through the challenges - that's why we offer PMDD informed couples therapy.

MINDFULNESS

We offer both individual and group mindfulness classes. Mindfulness is a form of meditation, in which you focus on being intensely aware of the present moment; sensing and feeling, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness can involve breathing techniques, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress and pain.
