Do you have a loved one with PMDD? then this is for you. We all need support from time to time - we provide a space for you to express your emotions, share your experience of PMDD and its impact on your relationship.
We offer both individual and group mindfulness classes. Mindfulness is a form of meditation, in which you focus on being intensely aware of the present moment; sensing and feeling, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness can involve breathing techniques, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress and pain.
