PMDD doesn't just affect the person with the diagnosis. Partners and loved ones are also along for the ride. It can be a hard thing to get your head around if you haven't experienced it, it can be difficult to understand. More often than not this causes difficulties within relationships - that's why we think it's important to support partners by providing partner therapy.
